Renting out Tools and Gadgets

Just like we buy car rentals why not let your buddies rent out your tools and gadgets from your man cave? I mean think about it, you have a ladder that your buddy needs but refuse to buy from the store, or another neighbor down the street that you rarely talk to but you know that they need a ladder or hammer for their home lawn care business or other things. Rent out your hammer, ladder, and other tools to them for about $20-$100 a hour depending upon the cost of the tool and the time that the spend utilizing your tools.

It’s kind of like owning your own tool shop like Lowes but instead its coming out of your own man cave inside your home. This is a cool way to make extra money on the side because it doesn’t take any money to start and all you’re doing is just lending out your equipment and other items that your friend or neighbor may need to use insider their house or home. Just keep in mind that lending out tools does come with some minor consequences.
